To maintain customer satisfaction at its highest level and maximise local users’ employment of its devices, Johannesburg Konica Minolta’s Technical Services division prides itself on constantly striving to improve and enhance its service offering to its clients.
The division specialises in skills that encompass all functions of multifunctional devices (MFDs), printers and production printing devices.
Professionally trained technicians at your service
All client engineers/technicians participate in an e-learning programme which is managed by Konica Minolta Europe and recognised worldwide. Currently all of Johannesburg Konica Minolta’s engineers/technicians have passed the Associate, Professional level training and colour expert. The company already has a number of recipients of the Konica Minolta Colour Master Diploma within its ranks, of which there are only a handful worldwide. Some of our technicians have also accomplished Expert Level training.
OUR SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS COVERS THE FOLLOWING:
- Fully comprehensive service contract with NO hidden costs or exclusions
- 4 hour turnaround time if call is logged before 12pm
- Maintenance
- Vcare – Free remote device monitoring software
- We have no minimum monthly billing – we will only bill you for the copies made in a month
- Labour
- Toner @ 100 % page coverage
- We provide Loan equipment to the same specification as machine needing repair, if a machine cannot be repaired onsite.
- Spare toners to be kept onsite at no extra charge
- All Spare Parts (Transfer belts, Fuser Units, Imaging Units, Drums etc)
- Travel
- Toner delivery
- We charge the same copy charges regardless of the monthly copy volume – no tiered pricing
